This Fees Policy outlines the fee structure, payment terms, and financial conditions applicable at Sunny Meadows Nursery. It ensures clarity, transparency, and consistency in all financial matters relating to registration, tuition fees, additional services, withdrawals, and refunds.

Sunny Meadows Nursery operates on a termly registration basis, and enrolment is subject to availability.

By enrolling a child at Sunny Meadows Nursery, parents / guardians acknowledge and agree to comply with this Fees Policy.

All fees are managed in accordance with the Nursery’s internal financial procedures and applicable ADEK guidance and UAE regulations where required.

• A one-time and non-refundable payment of registration fee of AED 2,000 is required.
• Registration is confirmed only after documents and payment are completed.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• 3 days a week: AED 8,000
• 4 days a week: AED 9,500
• 5 days a week: AED 11,500
• Fees are per term and payable in advance.
• Fees remain fixed regardless of attendance and duration of each term.
• Fees are non-transferable.

• Bank transfer, cash, card, cheque, Tabby (if approved).
• Flexible options: 60% upfront + 40% post-dated cheque; Tabby installment plan (subject to approval).

• Early drop-off, late pick-up, transport, trips, camps, ECAs, uniforms, apps.

• Attendance only on registered days.
• No make-up days or credits.

• 5% of tuition for the first extra hour.
• 2.5% thereafter per hour.

• 1 month written notice required.
• Registration fees non-refundable.
• Term fees non-refundable after start.
• No refunds for absence due to illness, out of town, public holidays or any other reason.

• Follow ADEK / government instructions.
• No automatic refunds during closures.
• Alternative learning may be provided.

• Reviewed annually.
• Nursery fees & any additional charges may be adjusted to reflect changes in operating costs.
• Updates will be communicated to parents in advance.

By enrolling, parents accept the terms outlined in this policy.

hereby agree that:

The nursery, or any supervisors, teachers, assistants, officials, voluntary helpers or owners, shall have no responsibility of whatsoever nature in respect of my child:

1. Prior to actual delivery of the said child into the custody of the said teachers or officials inside the nursery grounds, or after the child has been collected from the nursery grounds by a person authorized by me to do so, on a normal nursery day.
2. Whilst on nursery grounds outside the official opening times.
3. At any other time, unless the said child is in the direct custody or control of one of the said teachers whilst on a recognized outing or function arranged by the nursery.
4. Unless the injury is caused by or has resulted from a neglectful act or omission of any employee, nursery supervisor or nursery assistant or helper authorized to act for or on behalf of the nursery.

I hereby agree:

A. To keep the nursery, or any of its supervisors, teachers, or officials, or voluntary helpers, or owners, absolutely harmless, fully and effectively indemnified against all actions, claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, costs, charges, fees (including medical, judicial and attorneys’ fees), whatsoever, which are suffered by the nursery as a consequence of any accidental injury or contraction of any virus / disease by the child.

B. To indemnify and keep indemnified the nursery in respect of any loss or damage to the property belonging to or in the custody of the nursery caused by my child.

C. The undersigned, lawful parent or guardian of the child hereby accept and agree that in case of an accident or injury occurring to or virus / disease being contracted by the child, the director, headmistress, deputy headmistress, nurse or any person in charge of the nursery, shall have full authority to take the necessary decision to ensure appropriate emergency medical treatment of my child by the nursery nurse or if necessary at a government hospital / clinic, if I cannot be reached at the emergency numbers.

This form is deemed valid for the entire duration of your child’s stay at Sunny Meadows Montessori Nursery.

understand that the nursery has a right to exclude children who are unwell or contagious to protect the health of themselves and the children around them.

I agree that I will keep my child home if they have any infections, fever over 37.8 degrees, conjunctivitis or other contagious illness. I further understand that I will notify the nursery if my child has any contagious illnesses such as strep throat, hand foot and mouth or chicken pox.

I further understand that I am required to collect my child from nursery in the event of illness within 45 minutes of the nursery calling me.

understand that the nursery may photograph and/or film my child in a positive light during his/her education at Sunny Meadows Nursery. I understand that these media files may be used for the nursery’s online and printed publications / advertisements / social media and that these files would be the nursery’s property.

We have read & accepted the Sunny Meadows Nursery admission application, fees policy, and rules. We confirm that all information in the admission application is true and accurate. We agree to fully abide by all of the policies in support of our child’s well-being, including tuition fee payment. We understand the fees for optional services are not included in the tuition fee. We shall submit all required documents not accompanying this admission application to Sunny Meadows within 1 calendar week from confirmation of our child’s seat.

hereby accept Sunny Meadows’ terms and conditions for the enrolment of our child at the nursery.

1. Keeping the Montessori philosophy in mind, please try not to compare your child with others. Some children may need more time to cover the topics planned. Each child has his/her own ability.
2. Montessori learning hours are from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday to Thursday; Friday from 7:00 am until 1:00 pm.
3. Parents will not normally go into classrooms during working hours unless invited to participate in a chosen activity.
4. It is to the benefit of the child to inform us of any new events or problems that the child may suffer (such as health problems, social changes, and a new birth in the family). The information helps us to deal properly with your child.
5. Children should be provided daily with healthy meals such as sandwiches, fruits, vegetables, milk, juices, etc.
6. All kinds of nuts or food containing nuts are forbidden, especially peanuts.
7. Chips, sweets, and carbonated drinks are not allowed and will be sent back.
8. Toys and personal items are not allowed.
9. Lost and found items will be displayed at the front desk area.
10. Children are not allowed to bring or wear gold & valuable accessories.
11. Only parents and emergency persons listed are allowed to pick up the children.
12. Parents are requested to pay fees on due dates.
13. Parents are not allowed to offer part-time jobs or ask for additional services from any of the Sunny Meadows workers, teachers, or nannies.
14. Please label and send the following: complete outfit (shorts, t-shirt & underwear), nappies, and wipes (if needed).
